This was the 27th International Danube Navigation & Tourism Conference
A retrospective
Brand-new impulses from the river and land side, the tenor "together we move forward" and enjoyable networking moments - this is how the 27th International Danube Navigation & Tourism Conference in Linz can be summarized.
Under the motto "New times. Sustainability transforms Danube cruises", the conference featured top-class specialist presentations, discussion panels and an inspiring keynote speech by Prof. Dr. Eiglsperger and Benno Iten on the topic of "Rethinking tourism in times of artificial intelligence: opportunities and challenges".
We would like to thank around 290 industry representatives for joining in the discussions, helping to shape the event and inspiring each other!
"The participation of 290 stakeholders from the river and land side shows that there is a great deal of interest in facing the current challenges and tackling them together in order to achieve the long-term goal of a sustainable, attractive Danube cruise offers for guests and residents alike."
A press conference was held in the run-up to the 27th International Danube Navigation & Tourism Conference. All information can be found in the press release (in German).
